Sausage Stuffing for Turkey, Chicken and Pork

Ingredients:

1 Lb Helmbold's Bulk Sausage Meat
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (white or Italian bread in cupboard will do)
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Chopped Celery
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Egg
1/4 apple, peeled and diced (optional)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and fold until thoroughly mixed. For best flavor prepare the evening before. Fill the cavity of turkey or chicken loosely. Do not pack in tightly.

Bake any remaining mixture in a covered glass bowl for approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Try the apple when stuffing pork chops or crown roasts
