Porterhouse or Sirloin Steak with Rosemary and Garlic


Ingredients:


2 1-inch USDA Choice Sirloin Steaks OR 4 3/4-inch Porterhouse Steaks
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tspn chopped, fresh rosemary OR 3/4 tspn dried crushed rosemary
3/4 tspn Salt
1/4 tbspn Butter
3 Garlic Cloves Minced

Instructions:

In a Large, Shallow Dish combine the oil, garlic, and rosemary.

Add the steak and turn to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Light the grill or heat the broiler. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper and dot the butter.

Grill or broil for 3 minutes. Turn the meat and cook to your taste. 3 to 4 minutes for medium rare. Depending on the thickness.

This tender and juicy steak has great Mediterranean flavor. Serve it with mashed potatoes or a simple baked potato.
