Grilled Loin Lamb Chops


Ingredients:


6 1 1/2" - 2" Thick loin lamb chops (USDA choice is best)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tspns. chopped fresh rosemary or 3/4 tspn. dried, crumbled
3/4 tspn. salt
1/4 tspn. ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves sliced

Instructions:

In a large, shallow glass dish or stain-less steel pan, combine the oil, garlic, and rosemary. Add the lamb chops and turn to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Light the grill or heat the broiler. Sprinkle the lamb chops with the salt and pepper. Grill or broil for 4 - 6 minutes on each side for medium, depending on the thickness and your preference of wellness.
